Finally, not only does it appear in ring form wrapped around your finger or in bullion form locked in a vault somewhere. Gold was to be dismantled before they can be processed and turned into such objects.

The top source of gold in the world in the last 120 years, the Witwatersrand Basin in South Africa. Also "The boundary is known, it has been the source40% of the gold found during this time. A large part of the gold mined in the world is thought to remain there, with scientists proposing the share up to third.

South Africa, is the second largest gold-producing country in the United States. In particular Nevada, but also other states like Alaska, California and Colorado have a gold mining output.

According to the United States is the third largest gold-producing country Australia. Gold was first discoveredit near Ophir, New South Wales, and is now reduced mainly in the Goldfields-Esperance and Pilbara regions of Western Australia and in Bendigo, Victoria. The largest open-air mine in Australia is the Super Pit gold mine in Kalgoorie, a town in the Goldfields-Esperance region, and extends 8 square kilometers. There is an overwhelming sight.

These three countries have the largest gold-producing countries in the last century. But if we measure only the currentYears, the production, China has become the world's largest producer of gold, overtaking the top in South Africa in 2007. Other countries like the United States, Canada and Australia, in fact, more extensive gold reserves than China. However, the low cost of labor and production in China, as well as recent capital expansion and increasing foreign investment, production, China's exchange rate has over the other countries of course plenty more driven.

Chinese astrology chart and Financial Forecasting with Barbara Goldsmith

yourastrologysigns.com China proves itself as a world power, and by examining the table we can gain an understanding of their actions, their motivation and the opportunities for investment. An investment is an expense for income and profit. It is the sum invested or acquired the property. That's the problem with English dictionaries do not always within us, what we want, right? So here is my definition of an investment is all that we give up to get something better in return. The two points to note here

1. ANYTHING
2. BETTER

Why do I have to emphasize those two words? For this reason, you can investsomething into something else, you invest your time, your money, your energy, your skills, your TV I know that sounds strange, but this opinion. If my 42-inch plasma television, because I earn a ticket to purchase and a trip to China I would be three times the price of the TV set should not it would be an investment? In addition, an investment can not be said that if the not receive the process of investing a person who does something better than what he put inside, got it, that aHowever, investors investing differ from traders but the truth is that they are relatively the same because the principles of the same - buying and selling are. But an investor can know what the dealer does not want and I do not always share that with you in a minute. But until then, the understanding of the principles and dynamics of investment, calls for the examination of three major related concepts. These concepts are:

• Earnings
• Consumption and
• Savings

TheseFactors would be discussed in detail Demystifying Investment in Part 3.

5 underlying strength of the China Stock Market Bull Run

If a stock has a sustained bull market, there are always key underlying drivers and maintain the index at a high level. China stocks are hot since 2005, when the bull back. The main driving forces of the Chinese stock market in the coming decade are the following:

1. Aggressive Reminbi overall standings. Following the decision of the Chinese government for the release of the Reminbi rod against the dollar, about 5 years ago, the currency appreciate further humiliate them at a constantPace. Recently, during the end of 2007 both the U.S. government, claiming the European Union to appreciate too much pressure on the currency aggressively. U.S. wants a weaker currency, so that their trade deficits to recover to a reasonable extent and to reduce the threat of a recession. The euro-dollar appreciation against the U.S. dollar in recent years has been faster than the Reminbi. You want to keep pace in China, so would their export prices remain attractiveEU trading partners. Chinese government has finally decided to markets and their trading partners to fulfill their wish, at least partially. The appreciation Reminbi faster profits in 2008. This is also a Chinese government tool to curb this trend to the increasing inflationary pressures. Stronger currency would help to buy foreign raw materials like oil, iron ore and U.S. agricultural exports at lower prices, which would thus reduce the cost basis of Chinese consumers. TheAppreciation trend is betting a certain amount of dollars Reminbi conversion of RMB 6.00 to the end of 2009, draws huge sums of foreign funding in the local financial markets. With so much liquidity in the forward market from those foreign companies, China will firmly support the long-term stock market boom.

2. Very strong GDP growth. GDP growth of China is an average of 10% for the last 10 years, compared to 3% to 5% in Western industrialized nations. This is due toopen-door economic policy announced 20 years ago, which led the country into the current prosperous stage as the largest production site in the world. Many of the great traditional state-owned companies went through restructuring and IPO in Hong Kong and China markets. With more money in hand, Chinese companies are able to modernize their industrial structure and thus the entire exports of high-end forward trades. This will dramatically escalate export values in thecoming years and decades. Stock investors see their future and bet on their bases. The optimism of equity investors is the realistic expectation for strong growth in many areas, especially the natural resources, finance, telecommunications, environment, and affiliates.

3. New Accounting Principles in July 2007. With the new Accounting Principles, companies assessed the current market value of assets in dollars. The assets that are either not registered or accounted forvalued on a historical cost value suddenly extraordinary mega-profits in the balance sheet. This increases the value of the shares of these companies, as the share price over net-asset ratio fell. And more importantly, these assets with much higher values are vehicles for debt securities, pushing for the acquisition of foreign companies and the economic capital expansions in the manufacture of equipment or service infrastructure.

4. New Tax Policy - A combination of 2The base tax systems for domestic and foreign funded enterprises has been 33%. But for foreign companies in special zones of the discounted rates were either 24% or 15%. The local organizations with small profits, will be asked to pay either 27% or 18%. As the WTO transition period comes to an end. These different rates now need an enabling environment for the tax standardization will be standardized and fair competition in the market. From 1 January 2008 Chinese government implemented a new TaxPolicy is subject to the same tax rates for both foreign and domestic firms. For the more than 1,000 companies listed on the A share markets in Shanghai and Shenzhen, the favorable reduction of the previous rate of 31% to 25% uniform rate with the new policy, the net profit after tax would be raised significantly. If the result of rising per share, which would help lower PE ratios, the bull sentiment for the buyer.

5. Important events in the world, in China the 2008 Olympics has been drawing considerableworldwide attention and business opportunities in China, especially the capital city - Beijing. Like many of the recent games, the Organization countries would benefit enormously from tourism, advertising, advertising revenues, foreign direct investment and increasing business volume. After the Olympic Games in Beijing will host the Shanghai World Expo 2010. International companies want to escalate their business presence to new heights with this great 6-month event. Get Guangzhou and Shenzhen, as well as theyPreparations for the 16th Asian Games 2010 and the 26th Summer Universiade respectively. To paint this great sporting and business events to a better success scenario for the Chinese economy over the next ten years. This increases investment positive sentiment towards China stocks.

When investing in stocks is a probability game, I think the 5 most important forces that described here would definitely investors higher rates on your investment in Chinese counter secured. But be careful that we still needdistinguish the bad company of the quality of stocks, this would further reduce the investment risks and increase your profitability. All the best, if you decide to take the China Hot Stocks to.

Managing Investment Portfolio Risk - Mutual funds, like hedge funds

We look at mutual funds, which are not structured like typical mutual funds, so funds do not invest exclusively in long positions in stocks and bonds. These can be powerful tools for managing the risk of our investments.

How the SEC rules for investment funds shorting stock is relaxed and investing in options, has a small group of funds, as it turned out that some hedge funds invest. These can be purchased by almost everyone, unlike hedge funds, which onlyavailable to accredited investors (for example) with a net worth of more than one million U.S. dollars.

Proper use of these funds may well be useful to both the diversification and security of your investment portfolio. According to the Securities and Exchange Commission, there are different types of hedge funds.

However, we examine some of the more conservative strategies. One of these is the long / short fund.

Long / Short Funds:

Long / Shortthe industry and market neutral / relative value among funds. These funds attempt to exploit perceived anomalies in the prices of securities. For example, a hedge fund to buy bonds that sell it for undervalued and short bonds, that it is overpriced believes believes. No matter what happens, the general interest, as long as the spread between the two narrows, the fund profits. Extend Conversely, if spreads can quickly turn profits into losses. Long / Short Equity is the most commonly usedStrategy among hedge funds.

Arbitrage Funds:

Another of the lower risk strategies, risk / merger arbitrage. These funds attempt on pending transactions, the benefit of fusion, for example, taking a long position in the stock of the company in a merger, leveraged buyout or takeover and simultaneously be purchased under a short position in the balance sheet of the acquiring society.

Since these strategies are fairly conservative, they are the ones who would be the best in the administrationPortfolio risk. They also have a low correlation to the market as some advisers see it as an alternative to bond funds in your portfolio.

Morningstar has included a category called long / short on his list of mutual funds. Morningstar provides arbitrage funds in the same category.

There are many new entrants in this field. It is among several of the newer funds, the outstanding offers, the easiest way to risk management performance of these judges areFund is back on its history during at least part of the recent bear market (2000 2002).

Some example of mutual funds, which are relatively good shape in the last bear market:

Merger Fund (MERFX):

This fund has been over 10 years. The basic approach is the difference between the stock price of companies that can be acquired and cover the proposed purchase price. This is through the purchase of shares of the company goal of deals and sometimes doing short salesthe shares of the acquiring company. This fund has fairly well during the bear market, although it had only fair performance in 2005.

Schwab Hedged Equity Fund (SWHIX):

A clone of his older brother (SWHEX), which is significantly lower minimum investments, managed by a group that has a long history of success in the small-cap arena nevertheless has its shares. The volatility of the fund is well below the market, and their yields are good for a long / short fund.

Gateway Fund(Gatex):

This fund has been for years. It has a unique approach, which requires covered with large cap stocks with high dividend yields and sales income alternatives, while protecting the participation of put options against a market downturn. Once again, fair well in the bear market year.

Calamos Market Neutral (CVSIX):

One of the earlier offerings in the long / short group, it has it returns a good track record that extends through the bear market in 2000-2002. This fund uses aConvertible arbitrage approach to a target 8-10% long-term annual return. (This one has to load a turnover.)

Hussman Strategic Growth (HSGFX):

This is a hard to categorize. John Hussman runs the fund and buy shares in his valuation models, and then hedging against market risk through the synthesis of a short position in a few of the major indexes with short call options. The hedge varies depending on its assessment of the current market conditions. This is not the typical mutual funds, butOver the last few years has had a very low loss, with reasonable returns.

You can see that accepting the universe of mutual funds, that the best strategies of hedge funds is increasing. These funds are a powerful tool for building a diversified portfolio with low risk, hedging away some of the market risks, while a good return on your investment. But keep in mind that while all these fall into Morningstar Category Long / Short Fund, they each have unique approaches toConcept of hedging. So, before you invest in any of them, you will understand the specific features of each approach to ensure that it is good for your portfolio.

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://chaina-investment.blogspot.com/2009/12/managing-investment-portfolio-risk.html' title='Managing Investment Portfolio Risk - China's venture capital practice behind the international standard
The high-tech companies in China who were on different sources of capital, are going through a difficult process of development. Although China has some high-profile entrepreneurs in the high-tech industry, a large number of these companies (16,000 in Beijing, while the country exported 72,000) byInexperienced.

a) Serious information asymmetry
First, there is an information asymmetry between the managers of high-tech firms and other investors.
Second, there is an information asymmetry between high-tech companies and venture capital firms. From the international practice, both parties should be honest with each other and exchange information openly. Finally, add the venture capital investors value by its management and technologicalKnow-how to improve the performance of the company.

b) serious exclusionism
High-tech companies in China, especially those run by the locals, have a tendency to refuse to cooperate with outside investors.

c) High cost of investment
Chinese high-tech companies, lead mainly by the locals who are mostly under the control of couples and families. This ownership structure makes it difficult and costly to follow the usual practice for venture capital investment;obtained under which venture capital is an essential part of the ownership and control in companies

2. For the manager, but as a venture capital investors to retain control of majority
It is a common practice to require that executives from high-tech companies in China for the majority interest in working with venture capital firms. There may be many explanations for such behavior, but the main reason lies in the influence of traditional Chinese thought. This thinking isbased on the belief that control of the company, without losing a majority stake or a leading role in society.

3. China lacks an infrastructure of service professionals to venture capital firms to support
The growth of venture capital involves not only high-tech companies and venture capital firms, but also intermediary agencies such as law firms, accounting firms and Assessment Center. Unfortunately, there is still no Chinese Agencies, the right services to the ventureCapital community.

Currently, venture capital firms in China to the various tasks of looking for investment projects shoulder, an appraisal of projects to avoid legal risks, to help plan the finances of the investing company and have the portfolio company at the exchange.

4. The legal framework for venture capital investment is insufficient
Although China's national strategy of "revitalizing the country through science and education," it is not yetEstablishing a legal framework to support venture capital investment. The Chinese venture capital community has been growing in the absence of adequate protection of the law.

5. The Chinese capital market provides insufficient exit channels for venture capital investment
The investment return on a venture capital firm rather than a year from dividends, but on the acquisition or IPO of companies. Such events require mature liquidity of capital markets, which China lackscurrently.

Venture capital financing has become a dynamic system of modern financial products and services through the introduction of a number of innovations. more information to help you Master Stock Trading

"Stock Market", as used in general conversation has to be transferred to the importance of the two companies made investments in markets and be the physical place where most of the transactions. We can, in broad terms about the market will speak up or down and mean the general performance of many individual stock exchanges in the country, such as NYSE or Nasdaq in the United States. To obtain more accurate language to use for which the stocks are actually traded, the term "stockExchange will be used.

Each company will generally trade its shares on a stock exchange, unless the company is very large and, for example, trade in several countries. Each country it may take several exchanges, where different companies are listed. To be complied with extended battery performance to people all over the world trade exchanges of all countries. Trading hours are similar, but slightly shorter than a regular workday. Exchanges in New York are from 9:30 clock to 4:00 Eastern Time and Clockother exchanges have similar trading hours in their local time zones. Japan, India, England, Germany, Switzerland, China and the United States hosts the world's largest stock exchanges. These great players of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Shanghai Stock Exchange, the Nasdaq, the NYSE, AMEX, the London Stock Exchange, Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Exchanges can be used as a barometer of economic health of a country. If production is high,Unemployment is low, inflation is low, the market gains in total. This increase is a bull market. When stock prices fall, beginning in the fall, the economy is generally on a downturn. The high inflation and high unemployment are usually seen at this time.

Changes in stock prices are not entirely dictated by the health of the economy. A large part of the investor has to do with psychology and how they relate to changes in supply and demand. If a stock is a hot commodity, other investors
try to join us and the price is driven ever higher. Sell Conversely, if it changes a number of people, a warehouse and the price to start, others will try to sell before it sinks. This push to sell only lowers the price, albeit faster. These psychologically driven market changes tend to be of short duration and the balance in the long run. It is the economic health over time, reflecting the long-term trend of the market.

Stocks are not the only place to invest, though. Other important> Investment markets include Foreign Currency Exchange, Futures and Options Markets. Worldwide, the largest segment of the investment industry in Foreign Currency Exchange. Currency traders move huge sums of money between different currencies very quickly to take advantage of small fluctuations in the exchange rate. These trades are usually only held for a day and are only profitable if the trader is very attentive to factors that today's prices.

FuturesThe markets are designed to buyers and sellers in volatile markets fixed prices at certain times. The price for a quantity of goods under contract, then the time of delivery. If the market fluctuates, the locked in price for the contracted good means that the value of the contract itself is changing. Traders in futures are less interested in the price in the contract for the goods produced, but in the value of interest with this price against the actual evolving solidPrice of the goods.

The Options Market also deals with contracts for future prices. The difference between the futures market is that Options allow the holder at a specified price before the particular time to buy, but not force the owner to purchase the item. The warrants are exercisable for themselves bought and sold, or used at a higher risk investment as insurance. These investment vehicles have a high risk of loss. It requires a specialized knowledge of the option itself and the marketIt is trading at a profit to make. Most dealers will also benefit from the fact that experience in the market. Shares require less specialized knowledge to invest in with relative safety, because the market is changing slowly as a whole changes as options on the market. Invest stock traders can go some way to change the value of holdings very quickly, but the majority of investors put their long-term investments in shares.

Momentum Stock Picks-Nov. 19, 2009

Momentum analyst Michael Vodicka, discussed Sketchers USA (SKW) and China Green Agriculture (CGA). ... We are already related, I'm not sure why we do not work more closely with each other, good guy, bad guy and must play an end-run around the Power Base Belgium. Finally, it is obvious that the leadership of the EUwants the U.S. to be subservient to their "One World" to make their way government rule.

If the U.S. and China became closer, would be at the end of such a strategy is not "contain China", but would include the EU and it is irrelevant, as a distant third in the course of time. Or, if all were kept separate, then we would be a three-way power structure for another 100 years, as other nations came together and began vying for inclusion in one of the other three groups.

China is in many cases more capitalisticthan in the U.S. with all our madness of regulation and the complex rules. China is aging strategies and the mixing of the old guard. China's Red Army was difficult and that a problem could be, but the Chinese middle class is growing rapidly (470 million to $ 1200) per year. So fast that many of these jobs move up to $ 1-2 per day working Nations, as its investment in Pakistan and Egypt, for example, where Chinese companies have made massive investments in factories, even though I hate toto think what would make an angry radical Union of Islamic suicide attacks carried out?

Heck, people have been killed in France when her country is now de-nationalized telecommunications, and communications. People commit suicide as a protest, since it can not actually work for a living picture, that's an interesting new movement or way to raise awareness in a socialist society kind. The unions in the United States a comeback with the Obama administration. And China will see aIndustrial revolution and note 400 million farmers do not enjoy the fruits of their labor upset that a time bomb could be extended to them during a double dip recession in their nation.

In any case in Egypt, if they think that they will not like the American capitalists, they absolutely hate it, the Chinese in the future. The Islamic countries do not like a foreign-controlled and rebel often hard, as in bomb attacks. And with the radical influences already deeply rooted, "reasonable"Attacks on factories could be considered an attack on the infidels. Labor is a problem, no matter where on earth to go to the factories.

When I look at the Blue Blooded behalf of investors in China, and if you have read, "Investment Biker" and "The Bull in China:" Well, it seems, China is built very much American, in the modern sense, although it certainly its own cultural flare and mix. The 10% year-over-year written decades of growth in the U.S. all over them, not only because of our 100sMillions of middle class consumers buyers of what they produce, but our know-how, technology, innovation and investment there.

Anyway, it seems from a U.S. perspective, we must end the hostility between the two peoples, but never let our coverage. And we have a lot of who rises to power, tired of China and their thoughts. The same here in our own nation, as we hear call for so many, and against the challenge of China, it is time we work together on this. TheNot help the media stirring the pot.

Everyone needs to sit down together and sharing our common goals of the world, flows of resources and needs, logistics and distribution, so that we do not discuss each other's throats fighting over resources and oil reserves. And China must stop spying, fraud, patent and copyright violations, toxic products, aggressive military moves, stupid behind the scenes selling arms to our enemies, and the old disputes, such as the Taiwan question. This is may be considered, much later, it is not worth losing to the dispute, or sleeping.

In the meantime, stay hard as nails, and "trust no one" when it comes to military issues, since holding the Chinese Red Army advances in an adversarial direction. Until the changes "Trust, but verify is" not even in the cards. Well, just some thoughts, intellectually speaking, of course, and knowing that the world is quite a bit more complicated than that. Please remember these things.

China shares Related News Weekly Edition (January 27, 2007)

www.newsofchina.com - a great site for research in China connected Stock News

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tdfHV4h4wug&hl=en

Brazil Property Investment returns on its Promises

Located in some of the most exciting opportunities in overseas real estate in far away places in the world, many investors who are making good returns on their overseas property portfolios never seen on the relevant properties. But continually evolve with the global travel and tourism industry, those were some destinations previously purely in terms of their potential investment ideas now come to be considered as viable destinations.

TwoYear ago, real estate in Brazil was still treated with some caution by real estate investors. While the economy began to grow, and the idea of the BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India and China) countries was to the fore, it was still difficult to consider property investments away from the established business and cultural centers. When developments began to appear in and around Recife, there was some idea of the profitability of the investment, and where the rental incomewould be made.

With the recent introduction of a series of lifestyle resorts in some of the most pristine parts of the country there are opening a whole new market - residential tourism. With the development of infrastructure-based properties, ambitious plans for golf, horse riding and spa facilities and a healthy dose of celebrities are the buyer at the beginning of Brazil's north east coast as an extension to the Caribbean or for an agent to the new Algarve.

The area aroundNatal, Brazil is the closest place in Europe has a climate that is, with an average temperature above 24 degrees Celsius in winter and after the Institute for Applied Economics Research, the safest city in Brazil. Meanwhile, there are direct flights from London to the city, and secure with the new resort management to large sections of pristine beach and coastline, the outlook not only disturbed for a relaxing beach holiday, but also room for water sports and other activitiessuperb.

Other factors that are of established international real estate markets also help attract buyers. Grand Natal Golf, a huge development of over 30,000 objects along the 7 km beach stretching will be marketed in the UK by location Group International, and the prestige of being able to use Brazilian football legend Ronaldo and actor Antonio Banderas as an ambassador for the project. Both personalities have already secured their properties on the development, with Ronaldo and the opening of aFootball Academy on the site.

At the beginning of celebrities, including the Grand Natal Golf Project also plans back for a plastic surgery clinic, and with direct flights starting from only € 190, the cost of cosmetic surgery tourism is likely to southern destinations rivals.

The biggest attraction of buying property in Brazil, however, that any purchase of a property's potential rental market there is open not only for Britons and Europeans, but also on the U.S. marketTo see Brazil, which is increasingly as an alternative to the beaches and urban sprawl of the Mexican Caribbean, and resorts. Resort Group International, Graeme Grant says: "Now the tourism industry is the discovery of the legendary 418 km coastline around Natal, and property in this area moves from the investment in the second phase of purchasing a home. The region is not only for Europeans but North Americans and Brazilians as well. Natal is the new Algarve. "

According to data gathered by NASA, Nataland the Antarctic to enjoy the cleanest air in the world, so that developers are keen to ensure that their are "green" recognized as the region develops. In addition to protecting the local environment, it should also ensure that there is no urban sprawl hold up in the future resale value.

The Brazilian government is also in promoting the development of tourism get involved and protect the environment. The Ministry of Tourism has existing only since 2003,But since then hundreds of millions of dollars in the promotion and protection of the country has poured. Adam Cornwell Gem Estates, promoting the Porto dos Corais development outside Natal, says: "The goal is to tourists annually from the current base of 5.5 million increase to 9 million over the next few years. Rio Grande do Norte is seeing The tangible results with tourists for the state increased by 134% between 2002 and 2005. "

It is not only theAgents who are always enthusiastic about real estate in Brazil. Equity International, a U.S. investment company, said: "Brazil is an exciting market with profound political, economic and social trends driving it on the world type='text'>Outsourcing Rise in China is not connected with outsourcing software development

According to the IDC report, offshore outsourcing is rising in Chinese cities is going to catch up to India in 2011. But Conrad Chang says that their data do not have the software development.

Global Delivery Index, which was prepared by IDC, which contains nearly 40 cities in the Asia-Pasific region, and it was created for the comparison of offshore outsourcing in the cities. There were udes criteria such as infrastructure, prices, political situations and language. It was noted that in suchChinese cities like Dalian, Shanghai and Beijing, there are projects on investment in infrastructure, which is why these cities were more preferred than the Indian ones.

Chang said in an interview the growth of outsourcing in their country in such a way that due to the dropping level of administrative tasks such as data processing, etc. done

"Software development is a deliberate form of outsourcing, but in India it is the only area in which she was aAdvantage, "said Chang. He said that they should follow better in China IT Outsourcing and the protection of software, since the area primarily for piracy preferred.

At the same time in the U.S., there are some gossips that Chinese food is the personal hygiene products and toys, not safe for humans. Therefore, there is increasing attention of the Chinese software development. As you know, there are many software and IT services for U.S. exports, and U.S. companies shouldworry about China's software products.

All these measures help us to understand the U.S. against Chinese companies in China, its officials that it is a serious problem and it can have serious consequences. Approved the report Conrad Chang, which could be used for all these years, The Land of the Rising Sun to lose its reputation, earned for many decades.

Now Chang advises that it would be better, would arrange for outsourcing companies in China to take precautions. Chinese authorities should pay attention to theViolations not to lose its market because many companies that have famouse brands, do not use it for clients and for granting the guarantee of quality, but always for their own profit.

There are too many differences between China and India. In China, in the words of Chang's, there is tremendous potential need for fast growing THW in the areas that require immediate improvement. There are some data that the billions of dollars have been invested in infrastructure and softwareDevelopment. At the same time, officials in India are trying to improve another area home, including Internet connection charges and electric energy. Even in China, we can see steady progress of the English language not only knowledge in the field of data, but also in everyday communication. In India, they are still struggling with a higher turnover and cost of labor, while increasing the Chinese talent.

Despite these facts, Chang is convinced that both countries areRevolt of the offshore outcoursing in the next few years. He only hopes that it does not come with software development in the future are connected, since the area of production is extremely important for China.

Wall Street Just Does not Get It

Wall Street needs to know that we are on their antics. There is a great company and an investment bank, which they called with an idea.

Investment Bank, "Hey, we know how your competitor without this money can buy."

Company, "Sounds great, I guess, but what good is that goingus. "

Investment Bank: "Well, you are twice as large in the."

Companies, "said ..."

Investment Bank: "Well, you can pay twice as much, if you fire at the other company execs."

Companies, "Next."

Investment Bank, "You will get higher premiums, because you will have more revenue."

Companies, "Next."

Investment Bank, you can even pay a larger commission. "

Companies, "Next."

Investment Bank, "You canYou pay more in stock options. "

Companies, "Next."

Investment Bank, "you can pay more to get benefits and a larger boat then your neighbor."

Companies, "SOLD !!!!!!. Can we do it again?"

Investment Bank: "Of course."

So, what's originate? Nothing! If you have two bowls of water and pour into the shell 2 shell 1, you do not have twice as much water. They have a double water in a bowl 1 but no water in a bowl, 2nd type This is calledget the wool pulled over their eyes. The investment banks are paying you for this huge bundle of cash to do so. To tell you the truth, it is very harmful for the country. It is not natural. I would rather have 100 small to medium-sized banks than 10 super-large banks, which control the economy. We have not done our duty as citizens and made sure our country is stable. Indeed stable. It is sad to not see the Bush administration for eight years, to be strong enough damage to cripple our country. I turned on the TVheard to say one day with President Bush at the podium: "For the first time in my life I've had my economic principles to lay aside." Now, Mr. Bush, do you understand what you say? Do you realize what this means? This means that your administration is a total failure. All of your policy has completely failed, and we are facing a depression, ridiculous. You should instead, withdraw and blame others, you act like you save the country. We do not have a natural disaster like a meteorWe met. This was a man-made disaster caused, Republican of disaster, and they refuse to accept it. Will we face another man-made disaster under President Obama? We will know in four years.

All I can do is point out just how bad the investment banks and how greedy they are. They provide nothing for the country and point it out repeatedly, as President Obama will destroy the country and they point to Wall Street. Scrabble cheat probably have to show them the best word toplay in every corner of Scrabble. Wall Street is not Wall Street from fifty years ago. I'm sure President Obama knows what parts of Wall Street need to be supported and what parts need to put out to pasture. We leave these banks to build investment banks until they are so lazy, they fall under their own weight. Since the government has proven that they do not have the expertise and the willingness of these great institutions is to govern for the people to enforce a fair and equal rules.Call or email your Congressman or Congresswoman. Unfortunately, just today I saw a politician who did not know he was near a microphone, talking about his sexual escapades with two lobbyists. So we have our work cut out for us.

Investing in Chinese Real Estate Investment Trusts

One of the units is a real estate investment trust or REIT. You can control these properties. So you're not a large amount of money, he or she can still participate in the ownership of real estate in REITs. They can generate income and increase in value over a longer period.

Because of the ensuing Olympic Games in Beijing, China, there is an excellent opportunity to invest in China REITs, for a brief period and fastProfits.

, Until recently, all of China was a closed economy. Investing in Chinese real estate available was only possible by companies from Hong Kong. GZI REIT operating from Hong Kong was the first successful REIT to have established control of REITs on the Chinese mainland. Now others have followed.

There is a huge demand for real estate in China and will be strong during the coming years, more so in 2008. Moreover, China has opened, and the booming economy. Chi8neseMiddle class is also swelling. All of this bodes well for real estate in China.

Two important areas in which REITs will be most profitable are hotels and resorts. Thus, investors can do well investing in these REITs. After Beijing Tourism Bureau will be 110 new hotels coming up for the reception of more than 550,000 visitors during the Olympic Games in Beijing.

Beijing and Shanghai, REITs can provide the opportunity for the quick buck. This can be good, even in the long run.

One thing must be clearChina aims to invest in REITs. For short-term gains, the Olympic Games in Beijing provides a good outlet for excellent returns. They can continue to do so in the long run, however, reduced to one sentence.

While the investment in the Chinese markets, we must be on certain conditions, be peculiar to China with caution. For example, it is still not transparent as a country. Its laws are unclear and complex. There are many linguistic and cultural barriers. In view of thisProblems, it might be advisable, in Hong Kong or Singapore REITs that have a stake in real estate in mainland China to invest. These are open and subject to international law.

International investment provides a mechanism for diversification and a hedge against recession in the U.S.. Therefore, China and other Asian countries need to be taken seriously.
All these markets need to be researched and explored.

07-29-09 Leeb Market Update

Stocks fall because of bad economic news. ... Diversification allows an investor to hedge the drops in a specific sector allocation. Especially in international equity and bond funds, you will find that you can diversify your portfolio even further.

International equity funds used to get a bad reputation because of their volatility. Shares in the Third World, especially the stigma that is the economy was in danger; Therefore, a person could lose his or her shirt, this type of investment.

Today, the foreign equity and bond funds are hot. The recent economic rise of countries like China and India, the U.S. investor, the pearls in a sea of investments. Recent boom in Internet companies, automobile manufacturers and electronics companies have encouraged their interest in the emerging markets. Although we the power of the Internet boom reminiscent of the 1990s, international funds are here to stay. But it willFor an adequate diversification for asset management?

Fund of funds offer diversification. The advantage of investing overseas is that the markets run in different cycles. If the U.S. is in an economic downturn, have a foreign country does not necessarily have the same problems. So, with a portfolio in the two countries will allow you to weather the economic volatility. Exposure to overseas means a lower risk through diversification.

It is interesting that the international stock marketsFunds over the last 5 to 10 years, outperformed U.S. equity funds, based on an average annualized returns. In fact, they have performed in double-digit returns (10% or more) in this time frame. The benefits you not only with the diversification of international funds may offer higher potential return on your asset management.

For investors with more risk, Emerging Growth Funds target small but emerging countries around the world. Countries such asThailand, Brazil and Indonesia to enable investors a wild ride, but an opportunity for large profits. It is important to remember that you are not overexposed in a kind of fund, when you get to diversify your asset management. Consider this option if you are ready, the ups and downs of risky shares stomach. Some analysts say you should not receive more than 15% of the portfolios in this investment vehicle.

Even within the international funds, you can still diversify yourWealth. There are so many different types of investment instruments that you create a well diversified portfolio. Imagine small, medium and large-cap stocks in different countries, from emerging countries like China to the established industrial nations such as Japan. There are even some real estate interests by investing overseas in the form of real estate investment trusts (REITs). Property can be considered as purchased any goods or shares on a stock exchange.

Diversificationis not the only advantage of an international fund. Foreign currency could also help to weather exchange rate fluctuations. If the dollar gets weaker, relative to foreign currency denominated, corporate profits may be diluted by the true value of the dollar. This can hinder the returns on U.S. stocks. In a news piece this morning Martin Arnold of the FT said that "investing in private equity in Africa a few years more than doubled the size of the USA, Europe, Middle East and Asian institutional investors, their share in new markets and increase have tried to diversify their portfolio. "South African private equity firms raised $ 1BIn 2005, $ 2.35B in 2006, and now with a few months time when they go up to over $ 2B in additional investments for the year 2007.

China, India and South Africa?

The explosive growth in China and India in the last 5-7 years really sparked the interest of investors large and small because of their apparently weak correlation with the U.S. equity market and high yields. The reason why pension funds go in South Africa is that all the steps it needs to make well-diversifiedRisk management. If they invest in a few international private equity firms, these companies probably in more places than just China and India basis. Many pension funds hire institutional consultant to run the very edge of their ability to create a risk budget to pay portfolio optimization analytics which include the correlation of returns in different national markets and recommendations on the basis of this analysis.

What's next?

Usually begins, which in the institutionalInvestment world eventually pushed down through the bank channels, investment platforms, broker-dealers and retail customers. I would guess that in 3-5 years there are a couple of South African funds and ETF products that do well during the growing hedge fund and private funds into the region in the future.

Bullion - what is it? And it is a good investment?

Bullion refers to all metals in a form where its primary value from the value of the metal, it will come with me, and not by an artificial currency value. Bullion is often seen as a commodity or as coins issued by national governments, or loose blocks characterized traded.

Governments that are assigned to issue coins with a nominal value to them if they are marked, this value is almost always from the commodity value of the metal itself clouded. For example, there most of the government goldCoins have coined a currency value between $ 10USD and $ 100USD, but usually at least one ounce of gold, silver, platinum or metal, they are in. Since the exchange rate for gold, silver or a commodity rises and falls over time to do other things like the stock market. They are a good investment, and better than most because of their stability. From the beginning of the twenty-first century as an example, gold was valued at around $ 350USD per troy ounce, at the closing ceremonyof the market on 8/1/08, it is $ 912.50USD, and unlike silver a year ago of $ 12.00USD and closed on 8/1/08 at $ 17.47. It can thus see that the government assigned monetary value of a bullion coin is essentially meaningless.

The value of bullion is determined by three factors: the metal determines the weight and it's purity. The metal of the ingot is included is of course important in determining its overall value: gold is worth more than silver, platinum, while worthmore than gold. Platinum by the way closed 8/1/08 at & 1.675.00USD. The weight of the bar is often in troy ounces, where one troy ounce is about 31 grams measured. Purity also varies in gold, although many countries release coins with 99.99% purity, which can get as close as a pure.

The general character one bullion coin less than 10,000, and the reason why they are so popular with collectors. A high degree of limited issues are also quiteoften, sometimes only 20 to 50 released from a particular bullion coin. Silver coins are very popular among collectors because of the relatively low price for the metal, and they are redeemable at a lower price in general. For this reason, silver bullion coins, more than gold or platinum, are often significantly more than the assessed market value of silver.

Today, most large countries offer at least one type of bullion coin. Typically, these coins are a main symbol they haveUse each year, although some countries to decide to keep the same theme, but the picture will change every year.

Some examples of bullion coins are:

American Eagles: Minted in Platinum (since 1997), gold and silver, these coins are marked with the image of a bald eagle. Gold Eagles are 91.67% pure.

Canadian Maple Leafs: These coins are minted in platinum, gold and silver embossed, with the Canadian maple leaf. Gold Maple Leafs were the first, 99.99% pure goldCoins are released. A very limited platinum coin will also be published by Canada, fauna represents.

Chinese Pandas: These come in platinum, gold, silver, palladium, copper and brass. This is shown by a panda bear, of which the image will change every year. China had kg) and a short-lived series of unicorn gold and silver coins, and a limited edition of twenty precious metal coins of more than 260 ounces (8th

South African Krugerrand: These were the firstBullion coins ever released by a nation and are made of gold.

As you are a dealer or collector to see this product bullion and coins is a very desirable item.

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://chaina-investment.blogspot.com/2009/11/bullion-what-is-it-and-it-is-good.html' title='Bullion - what is it? Alternative fuel stocks are also attracting many investors. Because oil and gas are expensive, Americans are looking for cheaper nonfossil fuel and the demand is to promote the alternative fuel stocks as well. This is especially good for those who care for the environment - the Green Party. If you are an environmentalist or a preservationist, this is perfect for you so that you are now able to look at the efforts to get the supportEnvironment, while at the same time benefit from these efforts. It's a win-win situation. Consider this: Pacific Ethanol Inc., a small ethanol-producing company started in 2003 by Bill Jones, former Secretary of State for the State of California, the share price on NASDAQ to about $ 30 per share tripled within one year after the IPO March 2005. Like many other similar renewable fuel start-ups are, millions of dollars in private equity funds at Pacific Ethanol like the castWorld is over. Billionaire Bill Gates, the chairman of Microsoft, is one of the investment in renewable fuel stocks. Gates' investment firm Cascade Investment, has decided to send 84 million U.S. dollars in Pacific Ethanol pump.

The U.S. government has recognized alternative fuel as the fuel for the future and has included a number of tax incentives in the Energy Policy Act of 2005, the Energy Law in the summer of 2005, signed to drive the growth in alternative fuel.If you have not already done so, you should try to shares of any alternative, because they you are morally stronger. It's been almost three decades since the failed efforts to promote alternative fuels after the oil crisis of 1973, but it is making a comeback. However, alternative fuel remains a small industry, with the small-cap companies dominating. Since 2005, 15 of the 36 companies in the Wilder Hill Clean Energy index have made huge profits. The hydro and wind power, solar energy, and includesFuel cells.

Some of the most successful companies in the renewable fuel are large conglomerates such as General Electric and Siemens in Germany, but also major oil companies like BP, are hedging their bets. Investments in these companies offers the chance to own a clean energy stock. Here is some information about GE worth knowing: It has driven close to $ 2 billion euros in sales from production of wind turbines in 2005, triple what they want from this business unit in 2002. However, thatonly 1 percent of sales of GE.

There is much hope that technologies developed for viable alternative fuels from some of the smaller firms and help to the industry. As a result, the company expects these stocks are in the air. Wilder Hill Clean Energy Index gained 26 percent in the last 12 months alone, compared with 50 percent for oil. That's not bad, considering this is not an established industry in the United States.

Moreover, since continued oil supplyis unsafe to go much more consumers to make charcoal abundance in the United States, China and India are available. Coal used to be frowned upon because of the dirt, but technology has improved enough to clean it as well as other fuels. Wise investors could buy shares in U.S. coal producers, including the two biggest, Peabody Energy Corp. and Arch Coal Inc., both in St. Louis, Missouri. Coal companies have benefited from the current oil boom.

Investment in coaldoes not mean that Big Oil no longer safe. It simply means that you are on much firmer ground if you have a diversified portfolio. If you are looking at both types of shares, the difference is not large. Exxon Mobil, for example, once 36 percent to shareholders, market valuation and dividends in 2005 and BP returned 21 percent. Peabody Energy stockholders, meanwhile did much better in the same period. The more than doubled, and money, and Peabody shares has more than risenthree and a half times since the IPO of the company in 2001 offering. Arch Coal has a 65 percent again in 2005 well.

Coal producers are benefiting from the increased demand from power plants and steelmakers in the United States, China and India. Massey Energy Co. of Richmond, Virginia, for example, said the average selling price for coal in steel production are used by 38 percent in 2005. Consol Energy, Inc. plans of Pittsburgh, the third largest U.S. manufacturer, a 500 million U.S. dollars MineExpansion to date remain with the command.

Rising prices for natural gas have given coal demand another lift. Many power plants have switched from gas to coal, which costs about half as much. In the spring of 2006, Duke Energy Corp. closed on a deal purchasing Cinergy Corp. for about 9 billion U.S. dollars in large part because of Cinergy's coal-fired plants.

Back to oil, we have also seen that the market was good, as well as minnows. In fact, some smaller oil companies also havebetter than the giants. For instance, Apache Corp. of Houston produced a 12-month total return of 51 percent for its shareholders, supported by increased sales prices in the first quarter of 51 percent for crude oil and 11 percent for natural gas. Apache recently bought property from Shell, BP and Exxon Mobil and profits rose dramatically in 2005. Oil transport companies have not been left behind. Overseas Shipholding Group of New York made an acquisition in 2005, which the Worldsecond-largest oil tanker company. The bigger fleet, combined with higher tanker rates, boosted the company to profit for 2005 by around 40 percent. The world's largest owner of oil tankers, Teekay Shipping Corp. of Vancouver, Canada, enabled by high energy prices in yet another way. In autumn 2005, Teekay raised 132 million U.S. dollars through the public sale of a 20 percent interest in Teekay LNG Partners LP, whose ships carry liquefied natural gas and crude oil.

Is it too late to buy energyStocks, large or small? BlackRock, Inc., which manages $ 391 billion, does not seem to think so. It follows a disciplined and strategic risk minimization strategy and multiple exit scenarios catering to wealthy investors, including recent sellers and ex-CEO of multi-billion-dollar companies, real estate developers, hedge fund managers, private equity funds andAlternative investors.

There are a lot of international private equity now that the hunting of entertainment and film Investments. But smart money can become dumb money very quickly if they do not understand the risk modeling and hedging techniques that are required to ensure success.

A count of which the most prolific billionaires and other Hollywood investors, Fred Smith, CEO of Federal Express, Norman Waitt, the Co-Founder of Gateway Computers, Jeff Skoll of eBay, Todd Wagner andMarc Cuban. Marc Turtletaub of The Money Store, Roger Marino, EMC Corp, former Chicago Bulls co-owner Jim Stern, Sidney Kimmel of Jones Apparel Group, Minnesota Twins owner Bill Pohlad; Real Estate Developers Tom Rosenberg, Bob Yari, and Steve Samuels, and financiers Robert Sturm, Sheikh Waleed Al Ibrahim, Michel Litvak, Zeid Masri of Silverhaze Partners, Michael Singer, Mark Esses, David Larcher, Michael Goguen, Richard Landry, Michael Reilly, Rafael Fogel, Philip Anschutz, andother,

The capital investments and appetite for films come from Dubai, Bahrain, Chicago, Wall Street, Silicon Valley, Russia, Hong Kong and even China. Everyone wants to fund a successful film or ten films.

Investors can realize an immediate return on their investment between 100-120% before profits from § 181 to allow 100% Federal depreciation deductions and tradable tax credit incentives similar to real estate syndicator and investoruse of Federal Historic Preservation Credits and other incentives.

That's why so many dot corners, guys are billionaires, and real estate financing movies. The structure is almost like developing a large commercial project. Except in this case, they can generate an instant ROI of 100-125% before profits, a hedge of revenues from several films, additional liquidity if we do an exit IPO and see their names as producers in the cinema, television credited , DVD's, etc. And if a filmis in the Cannes Film Festival, Sundance, Toronto, etc, the international travel incentives are also in the mix.

In a typical film finance situation an investor puts himself somewhere between 50-100% depending on the financing of the budget of a film on his tax credit needs as well as the size of the film. Most of the films under 4 million will be funded at 100%, as the case of successful films like "Saw," "Napoleon Dynamite," "Wolf Creek" and many others.

For his investment, and theWhere a film is shot, he will writeoff for a tax credit for the total amount eligible as well as § 181st If it is set up to 100% of the budget on a $ 5 million-dollar film, he is always an immediate return of approximately $ 6 million U.S. dollars in tax credits and tax depreciation, if his shot in Illinois (20%). Some states offer 30%, Puerto Rico has more than 40% is traded back to U.S. citizens.

A model can be based on 100% financed films under 4 million and 50% -60% financed films overthat the deficit is covered by the sales progress. In some cases, a $ 5 million U.S. dollars movie is set up, investors put in $ 3 million, get pre-sales are 2 million U.S. dollars, and an investor or tax credits to the 5 million U.S. dollars, plus a § 181 depreciation on its entire investment, plus international earnings, plus an option, his investment into public liquidity through a reverse merger, or convert an IPO on the London AIM. Think She took out the heat that Wal-Mart and Kathie Lee Gifford, emerged as a flood of stories about the dismal working conditions in factories overseas, whereGifford-branded clothing made from?

But business ethics remains largely abstract "big picture" concept that comes with the contract negotiations will be short - and the ongoing management of supplier relationships. This is clearly separated into view with the growing unease over numerous recalls of goods made in China - from toys to pet food to tires to toothpaste.

China's offshoring star continues to rise - in spite of a problem that the author is afascinating Knowledge @ Wharton article calls "quality fade" deliberate Chinese manufacturers' dilution of quality in the name of increasing their profit margins.

Quality fade is enabled by several key dynamics, the author, a businessman with 15 years experience in China. And suppliers and their clients are guilty.

Some customers in the U.S. appear to be more risk of poor quality - or even dangerous - products than the immediate loss of competitive advantage, they couldsuffering through cracks on suppliers. "The chance of a product failure is usually remote, but the penalty for late delivery is an almost certain loss of business," writes the author.

In an effort to keep the best supplier for itself, people can no shares details about her experiences - good or bad - with other people, which makes it very easy for unscrupulous vendors to bypass detection.

For fear of intervention by the communist government and / or outside groups such as theWorld Trade Organization, Chinese suppliers are eager goes bust before the boom in profits - even if it means to cheat customers.

China has a long history of changing the search in the other direction, even if that. The government is adopting a tough stance on enforcement of product quality guidelines, presented in dramatic fashion by his recent performance of the head of the Food and Drug Safety Agency.

Western companies and push the reform to help protect their economic interests in China, theExecutive Vice President of IT Services Company DarwinSuzsoft told IT Business Edge interview in May, the Western Influence Boosts Outsourcing Opportunities in China.

Although his comments refer specifically the issue of intellectual property in software development, it seems to us that they could also apply to other ethical concerns:

The multi-nationals and have really come on the government cracked down on demonstrators in relation to the protection of their investments in China. Perhaps it is when we will have our way of life quite well defined, perhaps a career where you want it and the kids are here and growing up you start looking down the path into the future. Perhaps it is the view of the future in relation to insurance, planning for the university and other issues such as these will also move your spirit as you will be ready whenRetirement gets here.

But if we could keep control over our lives to start the best time step to preparing for retirement is not the middle age years. Retirement planning experts tell us that if young people can start in their twenties or even by young people back a little toward retirement, the rewards if they are phenomenal in their golden years. When a young man was in his early twenties or teens, to just one percent of what they make back, and the money remained in some formthe investment instruments that would grow into a retirement account that can grow between the time of investment and retirement with 60 or 65 explosive, even with a modest interest rate.

Unfortunately, few young people are looking that far ahead when she lives in her early adulthood. This is a time when the transition from teenager to family life is very very expensive. It could help the responsibility of parents and older counselors to youth in the value ofstarting to come along to their pre-retirement work, so they have a well-developed program for their retirement.

One of the best places for young people to start their retirement with a 401k or pension benefits to their work. Now, in the last decade, many companies have eliminated pension, where the company pays for their retirement. But if the young workers for a company that 401K to repeal it, a part of theirIncome, and it will be put into a pension fund before tax. In addition, the company is often the media is fair, dollar for dollar, and the company will manage the investment of funds, as well.

The result is a healthy and rapidly growing funds, which initially increases with an immediate doubling of the invested funds and then steadily over the years, there's more to the fund and share with each paycheck. The young worker gets retirement money comes from so they will be usedtheir budget to live without it. And without retiring a lot more than that in a few decades, the 401K can be further developed into a very impressive retirement account, to be sure.

If you are a young person and you are considering, if you are thinking about starting a retirement account, congratulations to you. You are one of the few people who have foresight to think of his retirement so early in life. And starting now, you will benefit from the thing that is your greatestAsset - time. Because if you just a little taken back that grow and grow and grow and to a large retirement nest egg for you and your spouse, even if he or she is the spouse out for your future.

China's Civilized Economy - Human Rights?

From the outset I would like to point out that the term does not included here, China is Hong Kong and Macau.

Resulting planed economic reforms in 1978 by a Soviet-style centralized economy to a market economy that China's economy is on the spiral upwards. In the early 1990s China's economic boom through foreign direct investment, trade and other integrations such as privatization is conducted.

Today, almost every day we hear about China's growingEconomy, surprisingly, in the last two decades, China's fastest growing economy in the world. The economy of the People's Republic of China is the fourth largest in the world when measured by nominal GDP. The economic performance for 2006 was $ 2.68 trillion USD. With a per capita GDP in 2006, about 2,000 U.S. dollars and is growing fast everyday. And it is world trade over $ 1.758 trillion in late 2006.

Resultant of the above very practical economic realities, we can assume that China'sEconomy is more and more civilized. However, the "human rights" issues are still very uncivilized, I venture to China's human rights / civil rights always say never grow up.

According to various credible sources, the human rights situation in China and the violation of civil rights or human rights violations everywhere and systematic.Human in the People's Republic of China (PRC remain) the systematic and widespread. The Chinese government continues to suppress dissent and maintainpolitical control over the legal system, resulting in an arbitrary and sometimes abusive judicial regime. The lack of accountability of the government and the Communist Party (CCP) means that abuses go unchecked by civil servants often. This information sheet lists the most common types of abuses, including arbitrary detention, torture and mistreatment of prisoners, the severe restrictions of freedom of expression and association and violations specific to women.

Until today, the freedom ofFreedom of expression and freedom of expression, freedom of press, freedom of religion, the rights of minorities and other democracy-oriented freedoms are still restricted in a systematic and ubiquitous. Despite this modern age and its commendable economic growth, Chinese government still embraces his savage natures: capital punishment, organ harvesting and execution, racial and political discrimination and systematic human rights and civil rights abuses.

Now comes the timeChina must balance its economic growth of their human rights and civil rights issues. The Mercer superannuation and consultancy group says tax concessions for employer contributions vary from 4 to 12.5 per cent of an employee's income, depending upon the province.

Furthermore, employer contributions to the Enterprise Annuity plan are pre-tax but employee contributions are post-tax. This is something that we have to take note.

In Hong Kong, by comparison, tax incentives for its Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) are clear. Derek Young, chief executive of financial planning group ipac Asia, explains at mandatory contributions are 5 per cent by employers and 5 per cent by employees of the employees' monthly salary. Contributions are tax-deductible for employers and employees within limits. Employees' mandatory contributions, for instance, are tax-deductible up to HK$12,000 a year.

Interest and capital gains -- whether earned in a pension fund or from privately held investments owned by individuals -- are not taxed. And no exit tax applies to the MPF.

Young says individuals can make voluntary contributions to the MPF or the ORSO (an older version of the MPF) schemes but these are not tax-deductible.

Young says most investors in Hong Kong prefer outside pension funds, because the desire to have access to the money 65 years ago to save.

Noteworthy News, Episode 358 B

In the news today, makes China a very important investment in the health of the rural population. There are many areas of differences, as the American and European stock markets compared, must be understood by prospective investors if they want to participate in a strong bull run China from 2005 after the bear was beaten off.

Color codes of the move

Color codes for price movements are the direct opposite of the Western stock markets. If the price movement is positive becausecompared to the previous day's closing price, the price will immediately be labeled in red. Conversely, if the price moves as on the previous day's close in comparison, the instant price on the particular moment in green.

Shanghai Stock Exchange.

There are 2 boards-A-and B-shares. Shanghai A-shares are traded in Reminbi, while Shanghai B are traded in U.S. dollars. Because China must have currency, the local Chinese are limited in use and trade of the U.S. DollarShanghai B-share price. So the locals mainly traded in the A market, while foreigners could only in the B-market action. From January 2008 there are 840 A-shares listed companies and 54 B-share counters. You can see that B is a relatively small market, a comparison is market. There companies that are listed in both the A and B markets.

Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

There are 2 boards-A-and B-shares. Shenzhen A-shares and Shenzhen B Reminbi are made are made inHong Kong Dollar. The locals mainly trade in the A market controlled by foreign currency, while foreign companies are not limited to the Hong Kong dollar cheap B shares. From January 2008 there are 670 shares, which listed on Shenzhen A market and only 55 on the B market. B-market is less than 10% of the A market.

Hong Kong Stock Exchange - H shares (China companies or affiliated companies in China, Hong Kong-listed ") and Hong Kong companies' stocks are traded in Hong Kong dollars. HongKong's international exposure to western funding, established financial and legal systems attracted many China companies IPO on Hong Kong Stock Exchange, including many China government linked companies such as PetroChina, Bank of China and China Mobile, China Shenhua. An important private stock listed on HKSE in late 2007 is Alibaba.com, an online trading platform for wholesalers by a western-educated Jack Ma.

Taiwan Stock Exchange Index was dark for nearly 10 years. Themain negative factor is a political issue on China's conflict with Taiwan government and its Resultance of disposable drainage of investment flow from Taiwan to China. With the upcoming presidential elections in Taiwan in March 2008, a new nationalist government could decrypt the current economic chaos on the island and to revive Taiwan has the confidence of the market. I would not advise you every step of the Taiwan stock until the election results on 22 March.

What Foreigners CouldBuy me!

Only in Shanghai and Shenzhen B shares, Hong Kong and Taiwan, the markets are open to foreigners. The Authority is slowly opening up channels, indirectly by foreigners could invest in the A-listed shares in Shanghai and Shenzhen.

Price differences

Price differences between A and B shares of the same stock are significant. Real estate developer giant Wangke's A-shares on 28 January 2008 were traded at around 60% higher than the B shares in ShenzhenStock Exchange. This is a major investment in the relative value of B is, if investors are optimistic about this company.

Some Chinese companies are on both the A market in China and Hong Kong Stock Exchange is listed. Price differences between A and H shares of the same camp as Jiangxi Copper H-shares with a dynamic PE of below 10 (Stock Code 358) is only 30% of A-shares (stock code 600362) on the last day of the 25th January 2008. This illustrates the investment valuethe H-shares and the unbelievable huge gaps between A and H shares.

Buying and Selling

Acquisition of shares in the A-and B-markets in Shanghai and Shenzhen markets may be sold only on the next trading day. And there is no "short circuit" allowance for the game. This is very different compared to the Hong Kong market and many western exchanges, where selling of shares could happen in the next minute after you buy or shorting the stock.

Price Movement Limits

PerformanceChinese stocks on the A and B markets are either 5% or 10% per day Trading Limited. Stock closed at $ 10 the day before allowed to move only between the lowest to highest $ 9 $ 11 limits. These limits do not apply to the 1st Trading day after the IPO. And on Stock Exchange rule also does not apply to the market in Hong Kong.

China Stock Market Trend

The locals are hoping a 10-year bull run from 2005. The underlying forces behind the fundamental forces would beaggressive GDP growth of 10% on average over the past 10 years, the global pressure on the Chinese currency appreciation Reminbi, politics, the new tax came into force on 1 January 2008, the successful restructuring of many large state-owned enterprises, government push for high-end production for export values to continue to improve and major international sporting and business events, visits to China in the nest few years such as the Olympic Beijing Games 2008 and Shanghai World Expo2010th

China Playing Games Now With Foreign Investments

China is increasing its rules and regulations for businesses and industries. This is unfortunate, because it also requires stricter conditions on foreign investment. It is this, The Last One "and" is a rotten egg syndrome. It is interesting that many people support their investment dollars into China, and now they want from nearby. But we must also remember that China is a communist country and it is a known fact that in communist countries receiving foreign investment is appliedthey often take over the whole company and to return to the state.

When people from other countries have invested in China, then China could easily turn around and say, Thank You Very Much You Are Free to Go All We Own This Now. It has happened in other countries, and it is a common occurrence in the communist countries. Remember, China has not yet gone through the industrial revolution, and it's still a few people micro-operation. What China has begun, the economicNationalism, and in addition the state should run everything?

A better scenario would, of course, that China is a democracy, and economic nationalism, and encourage investment while becoming the world's next superpower. Many people thought that this happened, but we'll see protectionist rules and regulations go into place everything that we can say is that China is making too many of the same mistakes that the United States seems set up in terms of free markets. This isnot say in the United States, and cost is not a great success. Just that it could have done better.

China says it wants to promote local innovation, and therefore the rules and regulations in force wants to make this happen, and would like to limit some types of foreign investments. Although this is only to protect those who have already invested, and maybe they will throw some foreign investment company. One must wonder if China does not lie in the curveCollection of multinational corporations and political entrepreneurs, instead of the free market capitalists who could really China in the next level. I wonder whether Adam Smith never had a Chinese philosopher counterpart? In China's supercharged economy, in which no investment opportunity go unnoticed, the idea of investing in tea is not only followed a new idea, but an increasingly popular trend for many affluent young professionals. Increased for most of a decade, the price of Pu-erh tea is every year, on average, a rough estimate of10% annually.

For production of premium collected from wild tea leaves or tea leaves of old trees from famous regions such as Yiwu this markup increasingly higher prices with a change between 30-80% alone in 2006. The old tea sector has the greatest gains of all produced. The prices of some vintages have scored the sky, some easy multiplication by as much as 10X times within the span of a few years ago. A striking example is the price of the famous 1950 Red Label (Hong Yin). OneWas famous piece of this so-called teacakes weighing 357grams of about once a value of U.S. $ 1200 in 2003 but has now risen to almost U.S. $ 5000 in 2006 in the retail sector in Hong Kong.

To sum up, the market growth for Pu-erh tea has in the past ten years has been excellent. A repetition of this exceptional growth over the next decade will likely see collectors and investors are sitting on a goldmine. Since the main market for the Pu-erh tea is China, the sustainability and growth of the Pu-erh tea market is essentiallytogether with the future development and growth of the Chinese economy.

While the increasing demand and popularity has a bright future, "Beware, not all Pu-erh tea will appreciate in value. A large part of the Pu-erh tea flooding the market today are counterfeit and low quality teas. It is unfortunate, but the priority for the increase in Pu-erh production is greatly impaired the quality of tea in recent years. While increasing the production of Pu-erh tea can also continue to report annually to theQuality is falling substantially between 2005 and 2006, with benefits was left very disappointing. The knock on effect has been a sharp rise in prices for older vintages. The pursuit of Pu-erh tea is best done with caution. Ignorance can be costly to a naive investor.

Note: Rates are based information and opinions on market trends in informal talks with retailers in various tea trade sites. The prices are as rough estimates only and the accuracy can vary canaccordingly. All investments are a risk.

* To read more, Pu-erh investment trends, click on the link Pu-erh Tea News, or visit www.puerhcha.com / links / Links_Puerh_Tea_News.htm
